Jim Giaudrone

Jim Giaudrone’s career in construction began in 1980, working alongside his father on residential and commercial projects. Over the decades, he has contributed to a diverse portfolio that includes notable projects such as Belle Tire, Burlington, YMCA, Starbucks, and infrastructure ventures like the I-355 interchange and extension.

A retired 20-year veteran of the Coal City Fire Department, Jim’s strengths lie in meticulous planning, clear communication, and creative problem-solving. He takes pride in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality while fostering collaboration among teams and clients alike.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, their three children, and three grandchildren. His dedication to family and community mirrors the values he brings to every project at RSD Construction.
